Everything ounce of experience will be very valuable to our development as we continue our journey to become potential project managers in whatever industry we want. Understanding how to use the applications for the Microsoft Project was perhaps the most difficult challenge I have encountered. Microsoft Project allowed us to develop tasks / work-based bundles, delegate tasks to teams and contractors, and construct a budget. This tool is a useful tool that helped the team make the project come alive. It gave me a better understanding of what I was trying to do, whether I would be successful and what could be expected of me in the field of project management.
